Climbing is inherently dangerous. Use of any climbing hold or training equipment created from our Files is entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that falls, injuries, or accidents may occur when using 3D-printed climbing holds.
2. No Warranty
Open Holds provides the Files “as-is,” without any warranty of safety, durability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We make no guarantees that holds printed from these Files will perform like commercial climbing products.
3. No Liability
Open Holds, its founders, and contributors shall not be held responsible or liable for:
- Any injuries, damages, or losses that occur from using or misusing the Files or printed products.
- Failure of 3D-printed holds due to material choice, printer settings, or installation.
4. User Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that any hold printed from our Files is installed securely and used appropriately.
- You must test, maintain, and replace holds as needed.
- Do not use holds printed from our Files in commercial or public climbing facilities without proper inspection and approval.
5. License of Use
- Files are for personal use only, unless otherwise specified.
- Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of the Files or printed products is prohibited without written permission from Open Holds.
